- 2026-05-21 The VCF file included in this collection was generated with the worflow map-markers-to-assembly,
    which mapped markers from the initial PSPPC coordinates into the same assembly (pissa.Cameor.gnm1.P4FG.genome_main.fna),
    removing 3.8% of the markers that did not have placements with at least 1000 bases flanking sequence and >= 80%
    query coverage of those bases in the genome. Chromosomes were prefixed with "pissa.Cameor.gnm1."
    SNP IDs were derived, based on chromosome ID and SNP position.
