file_transformation: 20 individual SNP/INDEL files were combined into 1 and chromosomes were changed from a single digit 1, 2, to Gm01, Gm02, etc.. The combined file was then formatted into a VCF file using the scripts provided.

  - 2021-04-26: Removed INDEL file (glyma.Wm82.gnm1.div.Zhou_Jiang_2015.INDEL.vcf), as the molecule names were truncated.
